At Michael Aram, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Michael Aram gift box and shipping carton to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided through our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
